About the event
The cooking classes are designed in a way to get you excited about food and learn whilst we go in a hands-on environment.  I will give you you the tools to be able to re-create these dishes at home with friends and loved ones. Â
What are you going to cook?
Roasted Venison haunch steak with a sticky lentil ragu, kale & creamed sproutsÂ
Glazed Partridge breast with an onion & thyme tartlet, wilted chicory & pears & a Jerusalem artichoke écrasé
What will you make:Â
In pairs, create two restaurant-quality game dishes. Each participant will be provided with a partridge and a venison haunch steak to incorporate into the recipes shown by Chef Ian. You'll have the opportunity to finish one dish during the class and sample your creation, while the other dish will be for you to take home and savor.
